Log kept by Wadsworth aboard the U.S.S. Congress (16 p.) in brown paper cover, with illustrations of ships on cover, which lists officers and their stations and originally had ca. fifty entries by date from 7 Oct. 1800 to 5 June 1801; together with a death notice (1 sheet) with fold lines, published in Portland on 11 Jan. 1805, with "Liet. Henry Wads--- death" written in pencil on verso; and a photocopy.
